Sales coaching for women entrepreneurs

Sell your way. Outside the box.

Certified Life Coach · Certified Executive Business Coach

You built something you believe in. But when it’s time to talk about it, name your price or ask for the yes, it can feel like you have to become someone you’re not. The Kaleidoscope Collective helps women entrepreneurs sell in a way that feels authentic: listen first, tell your story, and earn a yes without pushing.

A real conversation about your business. No pitch at the end.

The problem

You’d rather do the work than sell yourself.

Many women entrepreneurs hold back from selling, not because they lack confidence in their work, but because the usual way of selling just doesn’t feel like them. So they stay quiet, and the people they could help never hear from them.

It feels like bragging

Talking about what you do, and why you’re good at it, feels self-promotional, so you downplay it.

The playbook isn’t you

Hard closes, pressure scripts and “always be closing” were never going to sound like you.

You undersell

You discount before anyone asks, wait to be found, or skip the follow-up so you won’t seem pushy.

Objections sting

“Let me think about it” feels like a no, so you back away instead of finding out what’s really going on.

Authentic and effective aren’t opposites. Challenge the idea that this is just how it’s always been done. Step outside the box, and selling starts to feel a lot more like helping.

The approach

Buy-in, not pressure.

People say yes when they feel understood, not when they feel cornered. This approach starts with the client’s real problem and keeps coming back to it.

Live authentically. Lead outside the box.

The Kaleidoscope Collective philosophy

  1. Listen first

Before you talk about your offer, find out what your client is actually dealing with: the problem, the challenge, what they’ve already tried, and what it’s costing them.

  2. Tell your story

Your story is not bragging. Shared well, it shows why you do this work and why you understand their problem. Learn to tell it in a way that sounds like you on a good day.

  3. Bring the strategy

Connect what you heard to what you offer with a clear plan, so the next step makes sense to both of you.

  4. Earn buy-in without pressure

When the fit is real, you don’t need to push. Invite the decision, give it space, and let your client feel like the one choosing, because she is.

  5. Return to the real problem

When objections come up, you don’t argue or discount. You go back to the problem they told you about and talk honestly about whether you can solve it.

About Janna

Hi, I’m Janna Price.

I spent my career selling in rooms full of pressure, and I learned you don’t have to be pushy to win. For more than 18 years I led enterprise sales and business development in tech (infrastructure, storage, virtualization and hybrid cloud), scaling teams of up to 230 professionals.

At Dell Technologies (2005–2022) I grew from Inside Sales Account Manager to Director, Inside Sales. From 2022 to 2024 I was Director, North America Business Development (Data Services & Storage) at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

When I was leading teams, I gave each of my managers a reminder that there is always more than one way to solve an issue. It took me years to learn this: no matter what we think, we always have options. Selling is the same. There’s more than one way to do it, and you don’t have to fit in the box to do it well.

I’m a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Executive Business Coach, and I founded The Kaleidoscope Collective in 2025 to bring my sales experience and my coaching together for women entrepreneurs who want to sell in a way that feels true to them.

Questions

Good questions to ask first.

Don’t see yours? Ask it on a discovery call, or send a note through the form below.

Who is this for?

Women entrepreneurs who are good at what they do but avoid selling it because it doesn’t feel authentic. If you’d rather do the work than talk about the work, you’re in the right place.

Do I have to be a “natural” salesperson?

No. The approach starts with listening and asking good questions, which many people who dislike selling are already good at.

Talking about myself feels like bragging. Now what?

Your story isn’t a highlight reel. It’s the reason you understand your client’s problem. We’ll shape it so it feels like sharing, not showing off.

Will you give me a sales script?

No. You’ll leave with better questions, a story that sounds like you and a simple structure for conversations, not a script to memorize.

How do you handle objections without being pushy?

By going back to the client’s real problem. If you listened well at the start, an objection becomes an honest conversation about whether you can help, not a debate you have to win.

What happens on a discovery call?

We talk about your business, where selling feels hardest and whether working together makes sense. If it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with an idea or two. No pressure, no pitch.
